We currently have a 24x12 foot deck. It stands about 4-5 feet off the ground. It is flush with the rear outside sliding door and is not attached to the house.
1) Entire Deck lowered by 4 feet without damaging house.
2) Remove existing railing.
3) Add new railing
4) Add new top teir deck that is flush with the house either 6x8 or 10x8. (Sits above lowered deck is flush with outside door)
5) Add new railing and stairs to new top teir deck.
Discount - I want the cheapest price! This is just a functional job
24x12 - Lowered
8x10 or 8x8 - pressure treated wood deck built.
