Updating kitchen floor from linoleum to likely ceramic tile. Updating 3 bathroom floors to match. Kitchen counter also needs updating, currently laminate, which will be the most likely replacement, along with a new sink.
Kitchen is approximately 3m at its widest, and approximately 6.5m long. Counter includes 2 corners and a sink cut out. First section is just under 1.5m with a 24cm bit after corner, 64cm deep
Second section is about 114cm to corner with 103cm for sink section in peninsula. Bathrooms are 1.5mx1.5m, 1mx2.5m and 1.5mx1.5m. Would also be interested in updating the small shower stall in the ensuite.
Discount - I want the cheapest price! This is just a functional job
Kitchen: 158sq ft flooring (not rectangular space), 42sq ft counter (not rectangular)
Powder room: just under 25sq ft
Ensuite: approximately 25sq foot
Main bath: 27.25sq ft (not rectangular)
Planned on purchasing supplies, at least flooring, but are willing to discuss options and pricing for a contractor purchase.
Kitchen: eat in area approximately 3.5yard by 3yard, main kitchen approximately 7yard by 3yard, counters are 24 inches deep, except peninsula, which is 25. Lengths to corners are 40.5 inches(peninsula), 44.5inches from peninsula to stove, 32.5inches from stove to corner, 9inches from corner to fridge
Powder room: 59"x59"
Ensuite: 59"x59", with slight extension between shower and sink
Main bath:from door to end of counter is 43.5x42 inches, from counter to tub (including toilet) is 59"x34"
Kitchen is not rectangular at all: eat in area has an angled doorway, there's a counter deep path to main kitchen, the main area, and a counter deep area out to the next door.
We are looking for simple light coloured tiles, or similar, which has good durability and is easy to clean. There may be a small area to repair in the kitchen subfloor.
